This incident is resolved. The Mooven web portal has been operating normally since 1:58PM NZT. Total duration of impact: 28 minutes.Data collection from your sites has continued throughout and is unaffected.
A fix has been applied and the Mooven web portal is available again as of 1:58 PM NZT. We are monitoring closely to confirm the service is fully stable before we close this incident.

The Department of Transport API is running again. This incident has been resolved.
The issue has been identified and is due to an outage from an upstream data provider, Transport for Victoria. The outage is impacting the data feed for Trams only. Mooven will notify the provider and continue monitoring.
We are currently investigating an issue with public transport monitoring in Victoria. Data collection has currently stopped. No other regions have been impacted.
