All delayed data points have been processed, there was no data loss during this incident.

Some data points collected recently have not been processed correctly. That means data may show as missing, and SMS alerts could be delayed. Apparently, only the processing side of the system is affected and we don't expect any data loss once the situation is resolved. However, investigation is still in course.

The Mooven platform is now operating at normal levels of performance. You should not experiencing any problems accessing Mooven through https://app.mooven.com and all data should be processed relating to the period between 2024-05-16 10:30UTC and 2024-05-16 21:30UTC.

Data collection, KPI alerts and VMS integrations are operating as expected, however not all data collected between 2024-05-16 10:30UTC and 2024-05-16 21:30UTC may yet be visible via https://app.mooven.com

Data collection is operating as expected, however the availability of that data via https://app.mooven.com may be delayed. This may also cause KPI Alerts to activate later than intended and may also cause VMS board updates to be slower than real time.
We are working to process the backlog of collected data
